Amazing strides have been made in the past 7 months. When you view the building from the street you will notice that most of the windows have been installed. Many milestones were accomplished just recently with the exterior ‘manlift’ being removed and the interior elevator being installed and ready for use. The exterior garbage chute has been removed, allowing for completion inside and out on the south east corner. The tower crane, which assisted in the building process for the last year and a half has been removed. The roofers have worked their way from top to bottom and are now roofing on level 100. ‘Flashings’ (metal cap) will be installed on all of the parapet walls providing the final touches to the tops of the brick and precast. Landscaping is well underway on level 1400 & 300 with stone work, planters, hot tub and swim spa all in place. These outdoor living spaces add a magnificient touch to an elegant building.
